One of my favorite pieces, “You Ever Love?” was finished in August 2020 and is inspired by the lyrics of a song by Coin. In this work, I depict a single eye shedding a stylized tear filled with text, capturing a raw moment of vulnerability and emotional depth. I aimed to capture that raw, questioning moment asking, “You Ever Love Someone So Much It Hurts?”
